Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Between 15–30 days from delivery, we offer store credit or exchange only.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- In its original Tara & Gaia packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
How to request a return
Email us at hello@taraandgaia.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for returning
- Whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or exchange
- A photo of the item showing it is unworn with tags attached
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Please do not send items back without receiving approval first - unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
If your return is approved within the 14 day window, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Store credit
Store credit is issued as a gift card to your email address and never expires.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size or style subject to availability. Email us at hello@taraandgaia.com to arrange.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@taraandgaia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Return address
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send items to any other address.
European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
